This was my second time releasing music I composed, almost exactly a year after the first time I did that. This was also a challenge for me since I'm not super familiar with jazz, but I wanted to create something that felt like "corporate jazz" which is to say: enough jazz to remind you of jazz, but not enough jazz to be truly inspiring or great jazz. What type of music best conveys the emotion of being stuck in an office working knowing you have a date after you clock out? Somehow, I decided this was that one potential answer to that question. I look forward to making more music... it's new for me!
